		<description>I write two to three thank-you cards every Monday morning to different volunteers.  I&#039;ll usually hit each volunteer at least once every 18 months or so.

and I have noticed them showing up on people&#039;s fridges, in offices and the like.  It&#039;s created a wonderful connection point for me to my volunteers.  There is a power in the written word, that&#039;s for sure!</description>
